How we choose what to build with
The list on this page is long on purpose. Over the years we have worked with most of the mainstream web, mobile and data tooling, and knowing the landscape is what lets us say no to the wrong choice. For any single project the stack is short: one framework, one database, one hosting setup, one analytics tool, each picked for a reason we can explain.
Three rules guide the choice. The technology must be well supported and widely hired for, so the next developer you bring in will recognise it. It must fit the size of the problem: a brochure site does not get a microservice architecture, and a product with real traffic does not get a page builder. And it must be something we have shipped before, so the risk in your project is the idea, not the tooling.
Every category page below explains what we build with that group of tools, where each one fits and what you receive at handover. The proposal for your project names the exact stack, the reasons for it and the alternatives we rejected, so the decision is documented before the first line of code.
